At Overture Partners we offer a generous benefits package to all of our employees, including:

Contractors become eligible to enroll in the medical benefits and 401K plans on the first day of the month following their start date. All other benefits are available on an Open Enrollment basis.

In addition, each Overture Partners consultant is assigned a relationship manager on the first day of his or her engagement. The manager is responsible for ensuring that the consultant's needs are met and questions are answered throughout the engagement.

Finally, we like to think that our consultants are more than just a group of skill sets, or names in a database of resumes. We offer our consultants the opportunity to take part in charitable and community service events sponsored by Overture Partners.
