With more than 20 years of leadership in staffing and recruiting for the greater Boston marketplace, Dave has personally helped shape the local technology professional services staffing industry. He was a key visionary contributor in developing our InTune Recruiting methodology, and oversees all aspects of Overture Partners delivery services group.

Dave and his team work closely with our clients to build a profile of candidate traits and skills, and ensure that each candidate presented is thoroughly screened and a suitable resource. In addition, Dave and his team foster regular contact with former Overture contractors and have an outstanding track record of maintaining key relationships with top regional contributors over many years.

He came to Overture following many years of delivery leadership experience at a number of local IT services firms, with more than a decade driving delivery services at Renaissance Worldwide/The Registry.

Dave is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds an MBA from Lesley College.
