Diana Crowell is a seasoned and visionary industry veteran with over twenty years of IT staffing experience, having served in multiple executive, sales management, and recruiting management roles.

As Chief Executive of Overture Partners, she has successfully guided the organization to four consecutive appearances on the list of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing, private companies, and has been instrumental in defining Overture Partners services, fostering its continuous growth, and overseeing business strategy. As a working mother, Diana takes great pride in having successfully created a diverse and family-friendly workplace for all employees, where mutual respect and responsibility are the norm, and community involvement is not only fostered, but a part of the charter of the organization.

Prior to becoming a co-founder of Overture Partners, Diana honed her skills in this industry through nearly a decade of service with Renaissance Worldwide (now Aquent). Diana was a leading performer in many capacities including Sales, Sales Management and Branch Management.

Diana is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
