Provided analysis to convert professional license application and renewal processes from a legacy main frame system to a web based application.

Application Development

Provided development skills to bring legacy systems (VB Code) onto new, more current and robust platforms built on the latest Microsoft .Net technologies to allow the State to more efficiently track down individuals failing to pay court ordered child support.

Network & Infrastructure

Provided support for the in-sourcing of an email onto an Exchange 2010 platform, provided Windows administrative support, network upgrades and Citrix support.

Provided the QA lead for the release of a public facing web site engaging 6.5 million constituents, as well as an internal site used to move legislation through the congress. Developed test cases, test execution, defect tracking and lead UAT.
