Director of Sales

With over 20 years of industry experience, Jim leads Overture Partners sales team in delivering IT staff augmentation services to existing clients and in developing new client relationships. Jim is responsible for ensuring that Overture's services and employees are meeting or exceeding client expectations, and closely monitors our ongoing client performance. Jim also conducts many of our mid-project reviews to make ensure that our contractors are executing on their deliverables consistent with client requirements. As part of Overture's leadership team, Jim Anderson is personally accessible and available to any client requiring immediate resolution for an existing or emerging problem.

Jim came to Overture 5 years ago following several years as an independent expert consultant to IT staffing and nursing staffing companies. He previously spent more than 16 years at the former Renaissance Worldwide/The Registry in various leadership roles including Director of Training and Development, National Division Director, and West Region Vice President.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
