Diana Crowell, Chief Executive Officer
Diana Crowell is a seasoned and visionary industry veteran with nearly 30 years of IT staffing experience, having served in multiple executive, sales management, and recruiting management roles.
As Chief Executive of Overture Partners, she has been instrumental in defining Overture Partners services, fostering its growth and 7 consecutive years on the Inc 5000, and overseeing business strategy. As a working mother, Diana takes great pride in having successfully created a diverse and family-friendly workplace for all employees, where mutual respect and responsibility are the norm, and community involvement is not only fostered, but a part of the charter of the organization.Contact Diana
Marty Goober, Executive Vice President
As one of the original founders of Overture Partners, Marty brings nearly 3 decades of experience in the IT Staffing Industry. In his role as EVP, Marty leads the Company in its successful delivery of consulting services to the firm’s client base. He is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the business.
He understands every aspect of this business, and previously served in roles including Sales, Branch Management, Director of Training, and SVP of Operations.Contact Marty
Patrick Branagan, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President Patrick Branagan provides leadership, guidance and strategic oversight for Overture’s sales and recruiting teams.
An accomplished IT services professional, Patrick brings skills in Customer Engagement Management, Team Building, P&L, Business Development and Technical Recruiting. His focus on relationship building, delivery of services, mentoring and motivating teams helps drive results for our customers.
Patrick came to Overture in 2019 following twelve years at NTT DATA, where he led IT Staffing for US and Canada. Prior to NTT DATA, Patrick managed the North East region for Pinkerton Computer Consultants and was a regional executive for EDS.Contact Patrick

Paul Chamberlain, CFO
Paul Chamberlain brings twenty five years of staffing industry experience to his role as CFO at Overture Partners. He is responsible for overseeing Overture’s entire back office operation, streamlining processes, implementing next-generation technologies, ensuring precise government compliance on all legal and labor issues.

Amy Kelleher – Director of Talent Acquisition and Training
As Director of Talent Acquisition and Training, Amy is responsible for growing and nurturing the Overture team across all departments and functions, continuous training, sourcing, outreach, relationship building and marketing.
With more than a decade of experience in IT Staffing, Amy plays the critical role of fostering a communication bridge across the organization, ensuring communication fluency within and between front line sales, recruiting teams and company leadership.

Overture Partners was founded in 2001 by a group of IT staffing industry veterans who saw a better way than the status quo to deliver staffing services. Our vision included adding more precision, more predictability, higher quality, less red tape and less wasted time for everyone involved…especially our clients. We began with the task of “Refining the Art of IT Services”…and we’ve been highly successfully carving out our place in the New England marketplace. Now we’re addressing the future…one that will be dependent upon totally new ways of leveraging cloud-based services, flexible on-demand teams, and even shorter development deadlines. We’re providing critical workforce fluidity to our clients and consultants, and doing it faster and with greater precision than ever before.
