Our client has an open requirement for Agile Portfolio Manager. The candidate in this role will provide leadership during transition and ensure good process and best practices are adopted. Must have strong expertise with analysis and forecasting. 

Qualifications and Required Skills
  • Experience Setting up and managing enterprise intake and portfolio process
  • Experience in value base (SAFe) prioritization process
  • Manage portfolio budget and funding
  • Experience in creating/managing Jira dashboard
  • Experience in waterfall to agile (SAFe) transformation
  • Experience in managing the value streams
  • Experience in presenting/leading in executive status meetings
  • Experience leading yearly reviews/quarterly reviews meetings
  • Facilitates all Program/Portfolio-level ceremonies (i.e. Value Stream & Roadmapping exercises, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, , Program Syncs, etc.)
  • Removes all blockers and impediments at the Program/Portfolio level
  • Resolves Program-level conflicts as they arise at the Program/Portfolio level
  • Drives continuous improvement at the Program & Portfolio level
  • Coaches and mentors all Scrum Masters & Program-level resources on Agile best practices (creates an empowered, self-organized Program)
  • Understand and operate within budgets provided by the CAM/TTOM and ensure adherence to Guardrails
  • Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve
  • Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
  • Coach, mentor and teach Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Guide teams through their journey of Agile adoption.
  • Run workshops and training on Agile topics, leveraging tool kits and internally developed content.
  •  Mentor and help project teams and programs realize their mission and deliver on their initiatives
  • Experience in the software development lifecycle - as the developer, tester, analyst, product manager, project/program manager, etc.
  • Experience with applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team
  • 12+ years working in a project management office or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years leadership and management, with ability to set business goals and measure results
  • 10+ year's budget management experience
  • Experience working with SAFe Agile software development teams and managing project deadlines (ideally in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Development Lead role)
  • Experience-affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption
  • Experience working with SAFe Agile software development teams and managing project deadlines (ideally in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Development Lead role)
  • Experience-affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption
  • Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, confluence, VersionOne, Rally (CA Agile), Mural, Miro, simplemind )
  • Proficient in- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
