Our client is searching for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.!

As the Business Analyst in this role, you will participate in the collection of requirements for an organizational initiative.  This will include requirement analysis, documenting procedures as well as user acceptance testing. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to build a path to success and to define risk mitigation strategy when risks arise
  • Development of future-state business process models to address roadblocks, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop clear and concise functional and technical requirements to be used for solution planning
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
  • Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
  • Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Proven experience with project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
  • Experience developing Functional requirements . Ability to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements.
  • Solid experience developing User/Stakeholder) requirements to ensure deliverables align with project needs and goals. 
  • Proven experience developing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements. (e.g. performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability.
  • Experience with the creation of Report Specifications. This includes  define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners and runtime parameters.
  • Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process.
  • Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
  • Experience with state government, non-profit sectors
  • Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. 
    Proficient in business process modeling and analysis 
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Ability to work onsite preferred.
