Overture Partners client has a current need for an experienced Business Analyst.  In this role, you will engage with project stakeholders to understand organizational needs and recommend solutions that align with goals. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Collaborate with business and technical team to anticipate and communicate product needs and requirements.
  • Write queries to extract data from systems in order to support team needs
  • Maintain all assessment file metadata and specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy of files
  • Perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions. 
  • Complete business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • Assess current procedures and methods
  •  Define and document items related to database content, structure, application subsystems, and develop data dictionary.
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
  • Determine candidate business processes for re-design, prototype and potential solutions.
  • Provide trade-off information and recommend a plan of action.
  • Identify the modifications to the automated processes.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Minimum of 4+ years related industry experience.  
  • Proven experience formal requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Experience with data validation, analysis and interpretation. 
  • Ability to identify key trends, gaps, etc. and provide solutions to address identified gaps and/or concerns. 
  • Proven experience extracting data files for purpose of developing customizable files with required information
Educational Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications.
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Work will be completed onsite in Augusta, ME
