Overture Partners client has a current need for a Business Analyst to participate in organizational  technical initiatives.  Great opportunity to secure a long-term role!

Opportunity Overview :
  • Works closely with relevant teams and project stakeholders to gain knowledge of business needs.
  • Accountable for proactively determining the results of present/future implementations will have on business operations for various teams
  • Determines roadblocks to quality improvement and opportunities.
  • Will use business process understanding and provide reports & analytics.
  • Interact with project stakeholders and  teams to determine issues, gaps and needs.
  • Provide sound recommendations on policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training on new and standard processes to maintain consistency.
  • Coordinate and lead requirement gathering meetings.
  • Document and manage requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
  • Document, iterate and manage work related artifacts across the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements align with business needs. 
  • Creates use-case scenarios to demonstrate business stakeholder requirements and expected outcomes, create test cases, lead and execute UAT
  • Gathers feedback from relevant teams/individuals and partners to develop resolutions
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Advanced knowledge regarding business process requirements, regulations, and best practices for workstreams.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
