Our client has a current need for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst who is a champion of communication! The ideal candidate in this role will have proven experience collaborating with users/teams to define project deliverables that truly align with business goals.

Opportunity Overview
  • Will host call to define project requirements
  • Motive and drive technical teams with technical designs.
  • Solves organizational information problems and requirements.
  • Accountable for analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions.
  • Responsible for gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.
  • Provide help desk support and trains users.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains and stays current on cutting edge technology
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
  •  Advanced experience gathering technical requirements and working with direct users 
  • Hands on experience with gathering requirements and technical design and presenting to the business
Desired skills:
Bilingual English/Spanish
