Our client has a current need for a Technology Analyst to support their team.  The Analyst in this role will establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and users to develop process improvements utilizing Technology. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Acts as a liaison between user and Information Services & Technology
  • Will leverage technical expertise to assess business needs and drive implement technology solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end technology support to our clients and corresponding communities by building positive relationships.
  • Ensure clients technical needs are met
  • Participates in various service, platform or project teams as specialist, technical lead, client lead and/or project lead/manager.
  • Acting as an application administrator or backup for multiple services.
  • Responsible for operating, maintaining, diagnosing and providing expert level support for a wide variety of areas. 
  • Assist with  client/desktop systems administration
  •  Supports mobile devices
  • Performs specialized database management
  • Offers client-server solutions
  • Responsible for project planning and implementation
  • Works on web-based solutions 
  • Follows procedures and keeps accurate records of incidents and requests while working in the field.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 3+ years experience in a related technology environment.
  • Proven experience diagnosing both Windows and macOS issues
  • Ability to determine  software, hardware and basic network issues.
  • Preferred experience with Active Directory, group policy, and server administration skills including monitoring performance and file permissions.
  • Understanding of restricted use data is required.
  • Ability to  install, configure and upgrade Windows and Mac applications, various specialized applications, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN/wireless networking principles and application protocols, i.e. HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP and FTP.
  • Experience with WordPress and web site content management and development.
  • Experience with a variety of tools commonly used in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience using  ticketing, remote assistance, asset management, image and deployment, patching, backup and restore, Endpoint protection, and various native and centrally managed encryption solutions required.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field of study

  • Hybrid work environment

  • Will be on call and working evening, weekend and/or holiday hours, as needed.
  • Must be able to lift moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
