Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst to join their team.  This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leader! 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Support live applications including but not limited to on-site, telephone support, system maintenance, oncall, system enhancements and upgrades
  • Support and educate end users with Epic clinical and complementary applications
  • Answer end user how-to questions
  • Translate requirements and assist end user with Epic request submissions
  • Identify and resolve issues, and facilitate appropriate escalation for timely resolution
  • Assist with developing and executing user acceptance testing plans including creation of test cases
  • Conduct formal presentations and prepare presentation for project level work
  • Prepare end user training materials
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss team and project/program related activities, issues, changes, and communication as needed
  • Provide service to users, according to the defined service level agreements
  • Plan, manage, and oversee projects utilizing recognized project management techniques and methodologies
  • Analyze business processes to ensure accurate system configuration
  • Document and analyze business processes and drive business process improvement workflows
  • Create and run reports as needed using tools such as Workbench and ServiceNow

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system errors to accurately ensure system configurations.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment interacting with all with stakeholders to manage expectations.   
Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related field of study required
  • Epic Certification desired
