Our client has an immediate need for a talented Cloud Solutions Architect with proven experience.  This is an excellent opportunity to secure a fully remote role with an industry leader.

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Minimum of 10+ years proven experience working in a solution architect role participating in various projects that utilize a mix of legacy and cloud native technologies.
  • Advanced expertise utilizing container technologies. To include at least one of the following: VMware Tanzu (previously Pivotal Cloud Foundry) or Kubernetes based container technologies like OpenShift and AWS EKS.
  • Proven experience in development creating enterprise scale Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services on various end-to-end projects
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy applications, migrating monolithic code to microservices architectures, performance tuning and application monitoring, and conducting cost benefit, risk analysis.
  • Working experience using NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB , relational databases like Oracle, Postgres.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards especially Swagger and OpenAPI 3.0, REST API design best practices for microservices like versioning, resource naming standards etc.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with API security standards and implementation (LDAP, OAuth 2.0/JWT, OpenID, SAML, ClientID/Secret, 2-way SSL).
  • Expertise with  CI/CD tools, frameworks, and methodologies namely Jenkins, maven, jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Cucumber, Gatling or other LST, SonarQube, Veracode, Junit, Blue/Green etc.
  • Implementation experience in Domain Driven Design, BDD/TDD.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts)
  • Understanding EDI transactions (270,276,278,837,835,820,834), X12 data formats, secure file transfers, Edifecs.
Desired skills:
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
