This is an excellent remote opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst looking to secure a year long project! 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to enhance digital initiatives. 
  • Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing research data to gain an understand user needs. 
  • Research and identify was to to create better user-centered solutions.
  • Will utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods, within an Agile environment.
  • Analyze data and information to fulfill specific business goals
  • Use data to help teams improve functionality and operations
    Communicating data analysis to various levels of stakeholders and vendors
  • Will work on Data cleansing and optimization
  • Develop and conduct user surveys
  • Perform competitor research to help improve products or services
  • Create analysis reports and enhance information to gain an understand for non-technical users
  • Document data collection and analysis procedures
    Organizing focus groups and feedback loops to establish data collection
  • Utilizes data to pinpoint problems and find solutions
    Discovering and establishing proper KPIs to help track success
     
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Experience with programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Scala
  • Experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Leveraging statistical analysis and algebra
  • Using analytics software and platforms (GA, GTM, SPSS, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Documenting processes
  • Using machine learning and AIExpertise in the principles and details of a specific industry sector
  • 2 years of user research and analytics
  • 1 year of marketing experience, supported through metrics
  • 1 year of experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce
  • 1 year of experience with web content management platforms such as Sitecore

Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study
