Job Title: Design Operations & Enablement Leader

Duration of Contract: 12 Months with potential for extension

Overture Partners client is searching for an experienced Design Operations & Enablement Leader to drive customer design improvements.  To be successful in this role candidates must be customer center with ability to identify clients needs.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Mentors and trains design team members on process improvements.
  • Facilitates teams adoption/integration of new tools and techniques for collaboration within design and between design and partners in product and development.
  • Uncovers gaps in implementation of improvements.
  • Responsible for identifying  training needs;  marketing/communication and additional process improvements.
  • Develops plan for next stage of work to be completed. 
  • Responsible for defining scope of project, identifying needed resources.
  • Coordinates workshop sessions and meetings.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Proven expertise working with relevant teams within large organizations 
  • Has worked in Design Operations (DesignOps). 
  • Expertise with modern product development (i.e. agile, 3 legged stool). 
  • Understands the dynamics between various partners across the organization
Work location and Additional Info:
100% remote but must work within Eastern Standard time zone
