Our client has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be a champion of Digital Marketing with a passion for building a community through Digital media.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Works collaboratively with editorial team to build social awareness.
  • Examine ways to develop outside the limits of brand, while maintaining high integrity
  • Define and execute priorities for digital marketing, and monitor performance regularly
  • Conduct media planning and research with marketing to develop new avenues of capturing targeted audience
  • Plan and execute all web, mobile, email, and social media focused marketing initiatives.
  • Provide day to day management of channel activity that includes testing, optimizing spend, and planning the right mix of activities to reach goals.
  • Utilize analysis of results to inform and pivot tactics.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of business, strategy, customer segments served.
  • Define client needs, the product portfolio, and the evolving landscape by working with the product and editorial teams.
  • Generate and assist in the analysis of key business reports.
  • Work closely with the customer analytics team on the use of Adobe as it relates to business needs
  • Work with agency, product, and editorial teams to constantly optimize data gathering to capture accurate data, ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of data.
  • Develops regularly updated dashboards to report progress towards goals
  • Gains insights based on analytics to inform marketing, editorial and product development priorities.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, social media management, digital marketing planning and execution, and web analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media, email, and search marketing best practices
  • Practical knowledge of web analytics tools, tag management, and attribution for search and performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript as they relate to digital marketing
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and reporting skills
  • An understanding of marketing principles and tactics outside of digital effort.

Work location and Additional Info:
Remote to start but may be expected to work on site at later date.
