Overture Partners client has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to participate in critical business initiatives in a highly visible role. As the Digital Project Manager in this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
Opportunity Overview :
- Plan, schedule, and oversee execution and delivery of content production for a website redesign and marketing collateral marketing plan from development to delivery
- Interact daily with a cross-functional team to ensure all phases of each project .
- Ensure project are completed on-time and meets deadlines, while keeping internal stakeholders apprised of project progress
- Provide routine status updates to project stakeholders and leaders in the organization
- Manage and participate in project meetings.
- Participate in creative kickoffs, internal reviews and governance
- Coordinates all project activities across multiple teams and disciplines
- Ensure the timely, accurate execution of individual project deliverables, proactively monitoring and trafficking work in progress
- Identifying and escalating concerns regarding project scope, timing, and budget, as needed
- Acts as liaison between various stakeholder and teams to facilitate smooth and seamless workstreams. This includes collaboration with our content vendor, Brand & Engagement Marketing, Creative Services, Strategic Marketing, and others as needed.
- Determines and recommends opportunities for workflow improvements .
- Agile digital project management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing assignments and adapting to changing priorities when needed
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of account management or project management experience
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Workfront experience highly preferred
- Remote must work within Eastern Standard Time zone
