Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Job Number: 20255
Duration of Contract: 6 Months with potential for extension

Our client has an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer to join their team.  This is a great opportunity to work for an industry leader that encourages learning and professional development.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Works with Web Team to provide solutions for website and application development as requested
  • Perform analysis, design, development and testing tasks with direction.
  • Recommend technical approaches and assist with development of time estimates for statements of work
  • Update or create technical and user documentation using wiki and knowledge management tools (Confluence)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, reporting on progress, and taking the initiative to asks for what you need.
  • Interacts with relevant teams and departments on projects that require tracking and managing their time into a project billing system.
Qualifications & Required skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a developer

Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:
  • Programming lifecycle with version control (GIT)
  • Open source languages (PHP, Python; JavaScript)
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL CRUD operations
  •  HTML 5, CSS 3, PHP, and Editing HTML content required
  • Active experience using GIT version control
  • Open source CMS, WordPress and Drupal themes
  • BootStrap 3/4 or other open-source CSS frameworks for responsive design
  • User interface design and usability experience principles a plus
  • Advanced understanding of compatibility and cross-browser issues
Educational Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Work location and Additional Info:
Currently Remote will be expected to work onsite in future/TBD
