Overture Partners client has a current need for a full Stack Engineer to join their team. Must be self driven to solve critical business problems leveraging  relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will have outstanding prioritization skills to meet project timelines

Opportunity Overview :
  • Work as part of a team to develop, enhance, and support various clients 
  • Responsible for implementation of approved technologies that align with business goals.
  • Determine and maintain continuous delivery pipelines to fully automate the integration of components across different embedded projects
  • Develop, maintain and enhance internal and client reports.
  • Research and resolve roadblocks impacting production environment
  • Participate in data validations and resolve data discrepancies ensure accuracy of all reports
  • Collaboratively work with technical team of various business units throughout organization
  • Leverages knowledge of  business workflows
  • Identify opportunities to advance capabilities, gain efficiencies, reduce risk 
  • Perform analysis at the application, code, and data level
  • Perform support analysis; research, test, and track business issues and software defects
  • Perform story creation and grooming and develop acceptance criteria as an agile team member assigned to projects that directly impact Global Clients
  • Collaborates with various teams to research, resolve, and document production issues
  • Ensures cross-team communication and alignment

Job Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Experience within financial service sector supporting information delivery, application support, and integration efforts
  • Advanced  knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET Core, C#) with emphasis on the backend technologies
  • Working knowledge of investment management data and data transformation/ETL practices
  • Extensive experience with Relational Databases, ideally SQL Server, SQL Stored Procedures, and Functions
  • Experience with NoSQL Databases, Amazon DynamoDB
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, and PowerShell Script
  • Experience with the Specflow Behavior Driven Development framework for .Net or other Test Driven Development framework
  • Cloud exposure, preferably AWS and EC2, S3, and Terraform
  • Web experience, including building or consuming REST services, WCF, and ASMX
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

Nice to haves:
  •  Microservice Architecture, Containers, Secrets Management, IaC, Splunk
  • Experience with SS&C’s Vision FI client reporting application or similar product is highly desired (e.g. Vermillion, Kurtosys, Coric)
Educational Requirements:
 B.S. in computer science or related field; 3-5+ years’ experience in software development and systems integration

Work location and Additional Info:
  • Must be available periodically for on call rotations and after-hours support
  • Hybrid work environment within Greater Boston Area
