Our client has a current need for a Business Systems Analyst with excellent analytical and  innovation skills to develop meaning reports that align with business goals toward automation.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Manages, administers, configures, and recommends improvements to GRC platform tools.
  • Introduce feature requests, process automation and new services to the business.
  • Accountable for GRC development and enhancement through low-code configurations, workflow design, form creation, and API scripting for data gathering and normalization
  • Interacts with software vendors offer support for issues, submit feature requests, perform upgrades, manage professional services deliverables, attend vendor webcasts, and interact with user groups
  • Aligns various data sources and data elements in the GRC platform to track, score, and find trends in current security state through visualizations, scripting, and tool integrations
  • Presents dashboards and reports to a broad audience to demonstrate current program and adherence to framework standards and objectives
  • Apply information generated by GRC tools to aid in the awareness and change to stakeholders by building Storyboards and tracking metrics for compliance
  • Create standard operating procedures.
  • Document standards to enforce quality and consistence of services provided by team
  • Participates actively in GRC service offering through envisioning and evangelizing tool capabilities and exploring opportunities for improvement
  • .Track and provide input to risk assessments of controls and security findings that apply to the organization.
  • Reacts with a sense of urgency and speed to various audit control requests, risk assessments, incident response tasks, policy exception management, and findings from third party services.

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders and across various teams
  • Project management skills to gather requirements, define scope, manage resources, and set schedules to deliver new services and fulfill business requests.
  • Knowledge in security program within industry leading compliance frameworks and regulations.
  • Ability to manage and development with SaaS tools and low-code/no-code technologies (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Rsam, SharePoint)
  • Experience with GRC tools preferred, specifically Rsam, ACL Analytics, and HighBond.
  • Understanding and use of basic script development (PowerShell, Python) and database queries (SQL) for process automation and data collection.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (HighBond Storyboards, Tableau, Microsoft Report Builder)
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management processes.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree in related field of study
