Opportunity Overview:
  • Proven experience implementing  talent acquisition programs
  • Prioritization skills to successfully meet timelines.
  • Develop and identify opportunities for areas in need of process improvements related to HR programs.
  • Reinforce compliance standards and process to enhance service delivery
  • Accountable for QA and service delivery metrics and discern significant patterns
  • Accumulate data pertaining to Human Resources and use information to make sound recommendations to executive teams
  • Advanced collaboration skills to gain a clear understanding of project needs.
  • Communicate project risks and make recommendations to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing projects, including large-scale data analysis and systems implementations, for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is highly advantageous.
  • Exhibit a strong proficiency in working with data, conducting analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple complex tasks while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven TA Global experience
  • PMO experience
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at every organizational level, exhibiting an executive presence, and demonstrating strong presentation abilities
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Workday 
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
