Opportunity Overview :
  • Responsible for leading agile teams to foster improvement and eliminating impediments
  • Support and direct team through commitments using agile/lean & scrum techniques, principles, and values.
  • Utilizes agile methodologies and techniques by fostering advanced understanding of agile roles and responsibilities within agile team and waterfall projects.
  • Oversees team activities and ensure deliverable are meeting project goals 
  • Ensures the teams commit to definition of done at each required level.
  • Assists team in maintaining data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in tools for work tracking and reporting, used to efficiently complete tasks. 
  • Lead team to maintain definition of complete and actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria and quality assurance.
  • Keeps team members engaged, involved, and informed.
  • Facilitates discussion of team conflicts toward resolution through examination of alternative approaches.
  • Encourages team to set high quality standards and promotes technical excellence across the team.
  • Recognize areas of improvement for team and ways to enhance quality of product/deliverables  
  • Develops and utilizes valuable metrics support teams and decisions.
  • Measures and reports on team improvements based on process integration of iterative delivery.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure, JIRA, and collaboration tools.
  • Proven experience working with agile software development teams and managing project deadlines
  • Waterfall and Hybrid project experience
  • Advanced organization skills
  • Acts as monitor/lead to teams driving high performance quality work
Desired skills:
  • Experience working in healthcare sector
  • Intelligent automation
  • Business Process Management 
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - nice to have not required
