Job Title: IAM Operations Manager

Duration of Contract: 3 Months with potential for extension

Our client has an immediate need for an IAM Operations Manager.  Excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader!

Opportunity Overview :
  • Provides  effective leadership to team.
  • Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into optimized processes, controls, metrics, and reporting in order to drive continuous improvement and process excellence. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that the team operates effectively, focusing on best practices to  deliver measurable and impactful results to the business.  
  • Will drive process transformation, to align people, process, and technology 
  • Leads customer and business facing engagements to ensure that needs are understood and translated into appropriate actions for new  program.
  • Brings experience with Identity & Access Management automation, enterprise solutions and business process engineering.  
  • Will advocate for processes both internally and with external business units, taking every opportunity to teach and set expectations.
  • Evaluate and consider risks of changes to the IAM environment and effectively communicates across a wide variety of constituents.   

Qualifications & Required Skills:
  • Requires minimum 5+ years IT security technology related experience
  • Leadership role in an enterprise Digital Identity Management Service 
  • 5+ years of production support business processing, analyst, or vendor management experience
  • Specific knowledge and expertise with IT security technology products, technology planning, implementation and/or production support is preferred.
  • Project management experience a plus
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelors Degree in IT technical, business, or related degree preferred; and/or equivalent experience
  • Standard security certification (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CISA, etc.) a plus 
Work location and Additional Info:
Remote but will be expected to work on site at later date - TBD
