- Perform operational level support activities on IAM technologies.
- Responsible for using IAM tools and technologies to troubleshoot products, processes, and policies used to control user identities and regulate user access within organization
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that solutions are compliant with standard policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to to improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
- Support the presence of the IAM programs within the organization.
- Assigned as the enterprise-wide administrator, operator, operational manager and/or owner of a specific technology, function or service.
- Participate in leadership meeting as requested.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Must be available outside of normal hours to make changes during approved enterprise change windows.
- Hybrid work environment
