Job Title: IAM Support Specialist

Duration of Contract: 6 Months


Opportunity Overview :
  • Perform operational level support activities on IAM technologies.
  • Responsible for using IAM tools and technologies to troubleshoot products, processes, and policies used to control user identities and regulate user access within organization
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that solutions are compliant with standard policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to to improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
  • Support the presence of the IAM programs within the organization.
  • Assigned as the enterprise-wide administrator, operator, operational manager and/or owner of a specific technology, function or service.
  • Participate in leadership meeting as requested.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Must be available outside of normal hours to make changes during approved enterprise change windows.
  • Hybrid work environment
