Job Title: IT Manager/Director

Duration of Project: 10 Months with potential for long term extension

Our client has an immediate need for IT  Manager/Director to lead their team. The ideal candidate will provide hands on support to facilitate independence and grow a team.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Responsible for managing IT projects and infrastructure
  • Procures external IT resource and develop relationships with vendors.
  • Lead development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department
  • Creates and implements business continuity protocols to ensure limited disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
  • Define and provide guidance on best practices and standards for IT infrastructure enhancements. 
  • Accountable for IT Security and enterprise data
  • Manage cloud-based services
  • Identify and implement business information system
  • Develop and run processes related to employees
  • Implements a  strategic plan for date governance
  • Stays current on cutting edge modern software infrastructure and methodologies 
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 10+ years of experience managing an IT department
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Advanced prioritization and management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability apply IT and practical application to align with business goals.
  • Proven experience deploying and managing deployment of ERP project, preferably Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated Virtualization experience, VMware or Citrix
  • History of successfully delivered complex business information system projects, e.g. ERP, HRIS, CRM, LMS
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required
  • Preferer Master’s degree but not required
