Excellent immediate opportunity for an experienced Security Analysts within Information technology!

Opportunity Overview :
  • Responsible for the security assessments, vulnerability scans and penetration tests. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed on all security findings.   
  • Provide annual reviews of process documentation
  • Create plans to ensure all computer systems are protected against exposure and intrusion
  • Investigate malware/intrusion incidents and violation of policy
  • Review change control requests and assess risk of impact
  • Review Exception to Policy requests and assess risk of exposure
  • Respond to partner and customer requests for Vendor Security Assessment documentation
  • Collaborates with user to address security violations, updates and facilitate security awareness.
  • Document computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures, and tests.
  • Security and process responsibilities will span internal infrastructure and multiple cloud environments

Qualifications & Required skills
  • Expertise with at least  one or more of the following technologies: CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CASP+, GCIH, Security+ or other InfoSec related cert
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in information security 
  • Proven expertise with vulnerability scanning software such as OpenVAS, Rapid7, or equivalent
  • Information security standards and regulatory compliance such as SOC II, ISO27001, CIS and DISA/STIG information security standards
  • Information Security Systems and security features of Microsoft Windows Systems, Linux and Mac.
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Antimalware software
  • ITIL, NIST best practices and keeps up with the latest trends in Information Security
  • Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Intune patch management
  • Some virtualization administration experience (Xen or VMWare)
  • Experience operating Penetration Testing software such as ZAP, Webinspect, etc.
  • Experience operating white-collar hacking tools with minimal impact such as Armitage/Metasploit as well as supporting tools such as SPARTA, Netdiscover, Hydra, Nikto, Wireshark, NMAP, Burp Suite
  • Experience in large scale  Datacenter Support
  • PowerShell
  • Network infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
  • Knowledge of Citrix management and VMware management
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field of study
  • InfoSec Certifications desired but not required
