Location: 100% Remote
Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire/ Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in Active Directory.
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for assisting end-users and effectively diagnosing and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Proficient in handling initial support for networking and application problems.
  • Experience in communicating with vendors regarding various system-based services such as security systems, video, cabling, Wi-Fi, and maintenance.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills for the management of high-severity and high-priority incidents, from identification to resolution, including appropriate escalation to the relevant department.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone device setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, and related tasks.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
