Job Summary

Looking for a Junior Web UI/UX Developer who will be focused on the look and feel of user-facing applications.

Essential Job Functions

• Build responsive, accessible web UIs with semantic HTML and CSS (or Sass).
• Enhance server-rendered HTML using JavaScript.
• Test across browsers and devices to ensure the UI remains usable and attractive in different contexts.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 1-4 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience writing native "vanilla" JavaScript against the browser APIs (DOM, events, fetch, custom elements)
• Solid understanding of semantic CSS, the cascade and specificity rules.
• Knowledge of HTML, semantic markup, forms, accessibility
• Familiarity with any server-side application platform like AspNetCore, Rails, PHP

Additional Information & Job Location:

• Hybrid work environment candidates will be expected to be onsite for monthly meetings.
• Candidates should be within commuting distance to Boston, MA
