Duration of Contract:  6+ Months with potential for extension

Our client has immediate need for a Lead Engineer with call technology expertise.  Great opportunity to secure a fully remote role with a well established industry leader. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Will work on small team that is accountable for business specific call center applications (Cisco Telephone Platform)
  • Responsible for security compliance and IT administrative controls. 
  • Will assist with managing, design, build, and maintain Call Center Technology tools.
  • Maintains and creates a fast, nimble, secure, and scalable software development framework.
  •  Will manage, design, and development strategy for current and future applications.
  • Collaborates with business partners, stakeholders, and
    vendors to build, maintain, and enhance Cisco Telephony call center capabilities
  • Responsible for the development, code release management, testing, production support, and optimization for all Cisco advanced technology.
  • Assist with defining and distributing reporting Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators to upper management and Business stakeholders by designing and creating custom
    reports for all media (voice/chat).
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5 + years of work experience within Information Technology
  • 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Ciscos Advanced Telephony Suite
  • Experience with design and implementation of applications and SDL practices
  • Experience with Software Development, Data Analytics, and
    production support
  • Hands-on design, and development experience with following
    products is a must: Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, Cisco Enterprise Email and Chat, Cisco Finesse, Cisco IP Communicator, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unified Communication Manager
  • Development expertise  with following programming languages: Java, VXML, XML, SQL
  • Firsthand knowledge of Cisco Customer Voice Portal, Workforce
    Management and Call Recording applications
Educational & Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Technical Cisco certifications such as Cisco UCCE is preferred
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Fully remote role
  • Will be required to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
