Opportunity Overview :
  • Utilize and maintain a high level of technical and applications expertise, including the use of technologies, tools, programming standards, established processes, and concepts necessary to develop quality IT solutions.
  • Lead and/or participate in the development and sustenance of the ITSM Platform in support of ITSM Program and other programs across organization.
  • Brings extensive Remedy product knowledge and experience applicable in driving and supporting ITSM and ITAM initiatives.
  • Conduct Remedy Platform meetings, establish and ensure development standards are current and followed, manage assigned and prioritized work.
  • Lead and/or participate in all activities associated with the ITSM Remedy suite including design, construction, testing, documentation and implementation of IT solutions for multiple and/or complex systems.
  • Facilitate collaboration with team members as well as across teams, sections and departments to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Document proposed solutions based on requirements gathered.
  • Articulate and present solutions and options to stakeholders.
  • Support and develop 3rd party integrations.
  • Coordinate with all technical teams supporting CMDB Data Source Integrations.
  • Creates process flows and diagrams for proposed, architected and implemented (“as built”) solutions.
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to other IT personnel handling both routine and more complex work.
Qualifications & Required skills:
Must have advanced expertise with the following:
  • Remedy Developer Studio
  • SRM Catalog Management (SRD, PDT, AOT, Entitlements)
  • CMDB (Class Manager, Normalization, Reconciliation, Data Administration, Class Data Model)
  • ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Work Order, Asset)
  • Pentaho Spoon (Jobs/Transformations)
  • Atrium Integrator
  • Smart Reporting
Educational Requirements:
 4-year degree and a minimum of 9 years of experience in multiple  highly complex application areas or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Work location and Additional Info:
Work will be completed on location (RI) with ability to work remote a few days a week.
