Job Title: Mobile Device/Help Desk Specialist

Duration of Contract: 6 Months


Our client has an immediate need for candidate with prior experience supporting Mobile Devices and providing help desk support.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to secure a contract within the Greater Boston area with a large organization. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Work in a team supporting systems and mobile application tablets.
  • Will support EAM tablets and secondarily support IDCS devices.
  • Responsible for  tablet preparation for production or training use
  • Provide user support via help desk tickets
  • Accountable for tablet on site support as needed
  • Will learn the EAM application as it pertains to tablet usage and user requirements.
  • Accountable for IDCS task  to include the following:  configuration and deployment of new devices;  provide user support via help desk tickets; on site triage of devices once or twice a week as needed; learning and supporting the IDCS application as it pertains to networks, scanners,  and printers.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  •  Experience supporting devices such as handheld scanners, printers, and/or smart phones; help desk user support
  • Familiarity with MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience triaging and solving helpdesk calls
  •  Ability to teach application materials to users of various technical abilities.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills 
Educational Requirements: 
  • An Associate’s degree or four or more (4+) years experience in a computer related field.
