Opportunity Overview :
  • Provides end to end performance test solutions for various projects.
  • Drafts performance test artifacts, including test plans and test summaries.
  • Assess and ensures team members designs, creates and maintains performance test scripts.
  • Possesses the ability to assess the quality of performance test scripts and tests.
  • Develops workload models based on good-enough realism.
  • Works with team members to define/enhance processes and strategies associated with performance testing.
  • Applies appropriate performance testing technologies to meet the short and long term goals of the testing organization with a focus on improving overall testing efficiency
  • Troubleshoots performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams.
  • Performs root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
  • Improves the reliability and repeatability of performance testing.
  • Works with all relevant teams to establish performance testing scope and effort.
  • Actively participates in and supports the software development life cycle and project management process.
  • Generates periodic performance reports for management review.
  • Coordinates time and prioritizes tasks to ensure work is completed effectively.
  • Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions and develop appropriate testing strategies.
  • Clearly conveys information and ideas both verbally and written.
  • Provides technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
    Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
  • Evaluates system performances and recommends improvements.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 6+  years of IT Performance Testing experience.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail at all times
  • Takes the initiative  to seek out ways to improve and promote quality.
  • Able to objectively monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback.
  • Experience with Performance Monitoring Tools (i.e. DynaTrace, k6, etc.)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience working with offshore teams
