Opportunity Overview
  • Directs, define, plan, and implement Channel business systems for  Product Line.
  • Accountable for delivery and management of the prioritized roadmap and governance approved technology investments for the Partner ecosystem.
  • Understands internal business needs and ensures deliverables have an measurable impact to improve the business.
  • Interacts frequently with development and testing team, representing the partners.
  • Collaborates across teams.
  • Acts as liaison in developing alignment between IT teams and business partners.
  • Primary point of contact for IT and business stakeholders
  • Define what success means for each business solution and each capability before it goes to development.
  • Define and set expectations for IT and business teams, holding them accountable to success and failures
  • Serve a partner across other Product Lines to insure cross functional business capabilities are understood while leveraging agile methodology
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in similar role
  • MUST HAVE CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce Platform a MUST HAVE
  • Expertise with business systems and agile development
  • Understanding of Community/Digital experience process and capabilities.
  • Proven experience working on digital transformation initiatives, delivering large system implementations
  • 1+ year within Channel Partner / Reseller space or Information Technology delivery organizations
  • Product portfolio management experience
  • Experience with Agile methodology and development

  • Candidates local to the Boston area are strongly encouraged to apply. 
  • Work will be remote to start but will be expected to work on site within a hybrid model starting in Jan 2022.
