Our client has a current need for a Program Manager Principal. The ideal candidate will be a champion of strategic Infrastructure vendor partnerships and implementation. Will be responsible for driving change across IT Infrastructure to foster a culture of risk excellence in vendor management

Opportunity Overview :
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to connect programs drive reduction across technical  IT Infrastructure.
  • Define and build issue management program to ensure timely remediation for all vendor related Action Driver programs across IT Infrastructure to manage and reduce third party risk
  • Lead Records Management Function for IT Infrastructure.
  • Develop communication and training related to responsibilities, including but not limited to Incident Management and Records Management.
  • Advance executive reporting for organizational results, leveraging effective business intelligence and reporting
  • Drive performance and optimization of the services to meet established corporate priorities and to drive alignment with the IT vision, execution, policies and standard
  • Leads vendor documentation compliance across IT Infrastructure( i.e. contracts, certificates of insurance, etc.)
  • Partner with the Vendor Management team to continue to evolve the vendor governance processes.
  • Work with the vendor leadership to refine and document roles and responsibilities across organization .
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 10+ years of experience
  • 10+ years of experience in large corporate environment preferably financial services 
  • 10+ years of experience driving end-to-end capabilities and programs
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
  • IT Industry knowledge
  • Innovative and results orientated, with a focus on service and customer centricity
  • Proven ability to build programs, teams and processes across large-scale organizations
  • Demonstrated success in risk management and reduction
  • Utilized a broad understanding of management solutions and advanced knowledge of IT industry trends and methodologies to advance the organizations IT performance and operations across multiple domains
  • Innovative problem solver and strategic thinker, along with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Strong change management capabilities
  • Strong executive leadership skills; collaborative partner able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries
  • Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal and presentation / communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical skills; ability to gather and analyze complex financial, operational and risk data
  • Vendor Management experience 
  • GRC experience
  • Program Management experience
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
