Duration of Contract: 6 Months

Our client has an open requirement for an experienced Project Manager who thrives solving complex challenges to improve standard process.  The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset to create solutions that have a positive impact within the organization.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Guide and drive implementation and continual process improvements to key business processes documented.
  • Consults on business process improvements
  • Responsible for facilitating and coaching stakeholder on continuous improvement strategies
  • Implement complex business process improvement initiatives that have positive impact on Program
  • Builds and sustains business relationships at all levels of organization
  • Works with cross-functional teams with the goal of identification, research, and implementation of process improvements
  • Lead projects of significant scope, managing the schedule, risks, changes and reporting
  • Develops detailed plans to measure project effectiveness.
  •  Ensure project are completed fully within established time lines utilizing project strategies and methodologies.
  • Develop and share best practices among project team members
  • Ensure that improvements are captured 
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a process improvement role
  • Proven expertise developing implementation strategies for new processes and procedures
  • Experience in organizational change management strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA and ALM a plus

Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field of study
