Opportunity Overview :

• Accountable for managing projects plans.  
• Responsible for translated to develop define business requirements that align with project scope.
• Implement and track project deliverables.
• Communicate and prepare status reports.
• Escalate risks and issues to senior manager  as needed.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and teams to gather, analyze and document requirements.

Qualifications & Required skills:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Minimum of 1 year business analyst experience
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Solutions in Agile.
• Advanced writing skills to create and document project requirements, user guides and training materials
• Strong knowledge of Project  Management methodologies and standards. 
• Proven success evaluating project risks & issues and assisting Program Manager/Portfolio Manager with prioritization and development of mitigation or resolution strategies. 
• Maintain and develop strong client and vendor relationships
•  Agile Project Methodology and JIRA knowledge preferred
• Ability to develop visual diagrams of the system by UML (Use case, Activity, Business Process Diagrams), and creating web page mock-ups.
• Proficient with MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. 

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar preferred
• PMP certification preferred.
