This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager  to work on a large scale highly visible role within a collaborative team environment! 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Will assists with defining, developing and successfully executing projects.
  • Collaborates with other project managers across organization to define project plans, identify critical dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage issues relating to  project.
  • Works collaboratively in a matrixed organization of diverse project resources, business, and technical leaders to successfully deliver upon project scope and objectives.
  • Works on multiple projects to develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders, be responsive to evolving needs, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Develop project plans, risk registers, actions, scope charter and resourcing needs. Identify critical path items, mitigation strategies and alternative approaches that align with the vision of business initiatives
  • Lead Technology Project delivery and manage implementation processes including status, metrics, change control, QA and testing, and release
  • Manage and coordinate project resources in a matrixed environment
  • Identify and pro-actively monitor cross project dependencies, risks, and build in mitigation plans
  • Develop and maintain key relationships within the project and create a collaborative work environment
     
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5 years’ experience in technology project management working with MS Project, MS Project server, SharePoint, MS Teams and Excel
  • Understanding of SDLC using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Proven success in executing full life-cycle large, complex, multi-year projects
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful operating in a virtual environment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction
  • Comfortable facilitating and leading discussions with large groups
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD tools a plus
  • Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Testing best practices
  • Effective communication skills across a broad audience
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
PMI certification and Agile certifications desirable (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)

Work location and Additional Info:
  • Work will be remote 
  • Travel may be required.
