Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.  To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in delivering and managing complex programs and projects.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Manage and balance stakeholder expectations regarding the project time, cost and scope.
  • Align project requirements with business and IT technology strategy and vision.
  • Identify and manage either directly or indirectly, a team of resources working on a specific project.
  • Build and manage an overall project plan that can deliver expected results.
  • Will be responsible for modeling out different scenarios to address timeline challenges to maintain schedule.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests
  • Communicate status of project health to appropriate audiences; negotiate where appropriate.
  • Manage project financials to include compiling cost estimates into a forecast, monitoring actual spend against budget.
  • Facilitate and track adherence to Statement of Work and Legal/Contract Management.  
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 8+ years of Project Management Experience
  • Agile experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • JIRA and Confluence experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Projects
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding business and IT environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict management and relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to network and collaborate across multiple teams with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results; team player  
Education
  • PMP preferred and/or SCRUM of SAFe Agile Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work location and Additional Info:
Candidates local to the greater Boston area are strongly encouraged to apply.  Will be expected to work onsite at least one day of week until office is fully open.
