Our client has a current need for a Project Manager to join their team. Must have outstanding communication and collaboration skills.  This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale project!

Opportunity Overview :
  • Collaborates with various teams to identify methods of streamlining business process through technological innovation.
  • Creates technical specifications and contract documents.
  • Coordinates procurement efforts, develop and direct project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitors the performance/compliance of outside vendors to successfully implement projects.
  • Responsible for tracking budget adherence, schedule adherence, risk management, and scope management.
  • Proactively shares risk concerns with management teams as necessary
  • Leads project meetings and supervise project staff and contractors.
  • Accountable for defining business needs, funding, resources, urgency, and alternatives.
  • Develop cost and timeline estimates for proposed projects and manage through ServiceNow.
  • Collaborates with IT teams to assure service levels are met and systems are kept up to specifications.
  • Accountable for  Project Portfolio Management module in ServiceNow including categorization, reporting, and resource management
  • Promote the utilization of Microsoft Office 365 suite and other collaboration technologies to  enhance enterprise-wide collaboration, communications, and productivity
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in Information Technology, preferred in the areas of application and information management
  • ServiceNow PPM or similar online Project Management platform - is a plus
  • Experience as a technical business analyst is a nice to have

Educational & Certification Requirements
Project Management Institute (PMI)
PMP certification -  preferred
