Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to participate in a large scale project to improve workflow and efficiency.  Will interface with various teams/stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.  

Opportunity Overview :
  • Responsible for planning, execution, and project coordination of organizational wide initiative
  •  Participate in the continuous improvement project management best practices, processes and tools and ongoing gap analysis.
  • Work on readiness assessment for deployment and assessment of training, user acceptance testing scope.
  • Create and maintain a structured program/process with cross functional support reflected in the RACI and associated deliverables.
  • Establish and manage communications across the spectrum of stakeholders to ensure and enforce consistent messaging and timeline management
  • Provide ongoing updates to IT reflective of the shared program road map from concept to pilot/user acceptance testing to full enterprise roll out, ensuring its within scope of project.
  • Assist with the maintenance of documentation and identify key requirement changes required of all teams and stakeholders involved in project.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and provide reports for stakeholder review of any gaps and readiness challenges
  • Responsible for continuous assessment, tracking and reporting of all risks to the timeline, scope
  • Primary point of contact for outside vendors and partners engaged in project

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 6-8 years’ related experience in project and program manager with a proven track record of successful delivery of effective programs
  • Strong experience in defining program structure and plan for medium to large projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills capable of driving collaborative discussions with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong background in gap analysis, readiness assessment and risk/change management
  • Understand current technologies and collaboration platforms
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Experience working in an assistive technology environment

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PMI/PMP Certification strongly desired
