Job Title: QA Analyst
Job Number: 21037
Duration of Contract: 6+ Months with potential for long term extension

Our client is searching for  QA Analyst with proven expertise working on complexity projects across multiple technical proficiency areas and business segments.

Opportunity Overview:
  • Works as part of QA project team
  • Responsible for design, development and execute test and release activities.
  • Collaborates with all teams relevant to project.
  • Assist with the  development of common services and models that will enable rapidly scale and expand community's needs.
  • Works on incidents, service requests, defects, enhancements, upgrades, patches, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Takes the initiative to learn and improve enterprise application development skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Release Engineer.
  • Knowledgeable in various methodologies and technologies
  • Expertise with management tools (i.e. ALM, Jira, IBM Rational, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of  fundamental programming concepts, frameworks, languages, and technologies (i.e. Java, C#, .NET, XML, JSON, Python, PowerShell etc.)
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and frameworks such as waterfall, Prince 2, and Scrum.
Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
  • Will except equivalent work experience  in lieu of a degree.
  • QA Certification a plus
