Our client has an immediate need for talented Salesforce Admin/BSA to join their team. This is a great opportunity to use your sales force skills to develop first rate salesforce solutions across an organization!

The ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills. In this role you will collaborate with various groups across the organization to understand business needs to create salesforce solutions. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Review and develop solutions to enhance the CRM
  • Responsible for clean up technical debt by gathering requirements from the business
  • Providing guidance to development teams to execute
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure objects/fields are leveraged appropriately for various CRM functions and reporting needs
  • Coordinate and lead regular and ongoing standup calls, backlog grooming sessions and meetings with key decision makers
  • Document new processes for how Salesforce is configured in a complex organization
  • Identify and collaborate with key players and leadership to gather all requirements to drive project
  • Write technical user stories and acceptance criteria that tie both business terms and processes to Salesforce solutions.
  • Coordinate and assist with QA testing as needed.
  • Triage new requests and accurately categorize (i.e. enhancements, system problems  etc.) coordinate through the correct channels to find solutions
  • Prioritize incoming requests and effectively communicate/delegate to get answers.
  • Act as liaison between the business and IT to communicate /condense needs to leadership to help steer decisions.
Qualifications & Required skills:
5+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience administering Salesforce for multiple enterprise-level orgs 
Experience supporting a large sales organization (preferable)

Education and Certificates:
Salesforce Admin (ADM201) and Platform App Builder (CRT403) Certified - desired.
