Our client is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our data integrity and market insights. As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining system documentation, updating leads and opportunities, aligning external data with our internal Salesforce database, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be at the forefront of developing essential reports related to market share, customer segmentation, and data, all while ensuring seamless user support and training.

Opportunity Overview:
  •  Take charge of data cleansing efforts within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Align external data with our internal SAP/Salesforce client database to unlock valuable market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  •  Develop comprehensive reports pertaining to market share, customer segmentation, and data.
  • Maintain regular communication with users, offering support and conducting training sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation for policies, procedures, and training materials.

Qualifications & Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team..
