Overture Partners Client has a urgent need for a Sr. Technical Associate to assists their internal teams and clients with mid-high level technical support.  The ideal candidate in this role will have excellent communication/listening skills to  address users technical issues.

Opportunity Overview:
  • Responsible for administration of infrastructure and security applications, desktop/mobile devices and networking.
  • Participate and support in the deployment, maintenance, configuration of client computer systems.
  • Collaborate with IT subject matter experts and internal employees to enhance systems and troubleshoot technical issues. 
  • Responsible for assisting with problematic events and the development of procedures to ensure computer systems are functioning properly.
  • Responds to escalation requests from help desk team/clients and resolves high level support  request.
  • Provide support for hardware, software, networking  and mobile device requests.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of work experience in a Systems Administration or similar role and an IT Help Desk environment
  • Windows AD/Azure AD/Office 365 administration, including user and group management, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange/OneDrive.
  • Microsoft Intune/Autopilot/Mobile Application Management.
  • Networking and operating systems (Windows, Mac).
  • Endpoint security (Windows Defender preferred, BitLocker).
  • Computer hardware.
  • Unified communication systems (Teams/Ring Central/Zoom).
  • Exceptional customer service orientation - effective listening, and collaboration.
  • Experience supporting: WorkDay, Cato, Proofpoint, NetSuite, Citrix Sharefile
  • Conference Room and room scheduling support (Logitech, Robin)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL, Service Desk metrics/SLA’s.
    ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow) or similar ticketing system.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in relevant IT products/technologies (e.g., CompTIA (A+, Network +, Server+, and Security+ certifications and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
Additional Information & Location:
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Will provide on-call support once a month
