Our client has an upcoming need for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager.  The ideal candidate will have outstanding interaction skills to collaborate with cross functional internal teams and partners to develop 
campaigns.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Develop social media strategy that aligns with product-specific social solutions and  an extensive social experience to engage all customers.
  • Develop community growth strategies for existing social channels and the development and execution of new social channels as appropriate.
  • Presents insight-based strategies and creative to internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitates in building consensus and enlists support, in coordination with internal creative team and  partners
  • Stays up to date on company products and services, market competitive dynamics and channel best practices.
  • Accountable for continual development of engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines, deadlines, budget.
  • Primary contact for social media support.
  • Response with a sense of urgency to social media development request. 
  • Collaborates with manager to monitor and responds to social conversations and inbound messages.
  • Tracks metrics platform and produce weekly reporting on social media KPIs.
  • Proactively recommendations for optimizing content
  • Deliver regular campaign reporting to campaign managers and business owners. 

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Proven experience growing media channels (strategy, creative execution and measurement)
  • Familiar with managing B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Agency or experience managing paid media campaigns (or managing agency teams) a plus
  • Impressive communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business recommendations and decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, organized, multi-tasker who works well under pressure with ability to manage complex projects to produce high-quality, effective campaigns
  • Strong PC and/or MAC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Adobe
  • Experience using SMMS platforms (Hootsuite, Spredfast or Sprinklr – Sprinklr preferred), native platforms (i.e. Facebook Business Manager), social media listening tools
  • Adobe Omniture experience preferred, but not required
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with 7+ years of experience in digital platforms with proven effectiveness in digital and social media marketing
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Fully remote
  • Must have the flexibility to work off hours when needed
