Duration of Contract: 3 Months

Overture Partners client is seeking a Systems Analyst to contribute to their dynamic team. We are currently in search of an individual who can collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams to proactively identify and communicate product needs and requirements.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions.
  • Develop technical solutions to business issues.
  • Collaborate with Application Development team to implement  solutions.
  • Participate in all Requirements Definition and Documentation; Systems Analysis and Design; System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Deployment Coordination.
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and develop data dictionary.
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
  • Determine business procedures for re-design, prototype potential solutions and provide trade-off information and make recommendations .
  • Ensure all project stakeholders and vendors adhere to standard policies and procedures

Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5+ years related industry experience.
  • Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle as well as the project development cycle
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements for system design.
  • Advanced expertise with methodologies story mapping, impact mapping, user story writing and refinement
  • Experience writing queries and analyzing data (SQL experience is a plus)
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and practices
  • Experience in writing and executing test plans with attention to detail and quality focus
Educational Requirement:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications.
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Hybrid work environment; will need to be onsite once a week.
