Excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading a team to provide optimal system performance and end-user support.  

Opportunity Overview :
  • Coordinate and lead team meetings and instructional/training sessions.
  • Accountable for identifying and resolving complex hardware issues for end users both remote and in person.
  • Participate in documenting and establishing standards for technical team and and assist team with adopt of standards 
  • Evaluate system needs and provide technical solutions
  • Complete remote software installations and upgrades
  • Diagnose and assist with multiple Virus Protection tools, addressing remediation and conducting audits as needed
  • Provide asset management oversight to include, assignment changes and inventory usage.
  • Document ticketing systems utilization.
  • Responsible for overseeing technical training and mentorship
  • Offer advanced assistance for Windows and Microsoft Office, encompassing email-related support.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to lead project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Server and Network Administrators to achieve optimal configuration of all applications and systems
  • Responsible for software configurations and identifying & resolving issues.
     
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Over 5+ years of experience managing and supporting large scale applications services.
  • Advanced expertise with Desktop upgrades, Windows Patch Management and Anti-Virus technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting desktop hardware and peripherals (Dell and HP preferred) and peripherals
  • Expertise with the following: Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Active Directory administration including user creation and modification
  • Solid experience with scripting and task automation
  • Familiarity with ticketing applications
  • Advanced communications skills to interact with various cross functional teams and individuals
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • MCSA or MCSE Certification
Work location and Additional Info:
  • Work will be completed onsite in the Greater Boston Area.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
