Job Title: UX Lead

Duration of Contract: 12 Months

Our client has an urgent need for UX Lead to join their team!  Excellent collaborations skills are a must have to be successful in this role.   Must be able to incorporate input from various sources and have experience working with others within an enterprise setting.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Leverages an iterative, user-centered approach and solid UI design skills to conceive and deliver valuable new experiences. 
  • Utilizes user-centered design practices, creative innovation to drive digital initiatives within organization.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
  • Responsible for research, detailed design and delivery.
  • Work will emphasis on rapid prototyping, frequent validation with end users, and creatively approaching constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other disciplines to identify what will be most critical to the success of a product. 
  •  Actively seek opportunities to apply new tools and technologies that will add value to  the capabilities the organization provides to colleagues to successfully complete work..
  • Acts as mentor/coach assist others in the organization to expand their knowledge, skills and capabilities. 
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience planning, conducting, and communicating the findings from user research for digital products and services.
  • Experience planning and conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages of product development
  • Ability to frame key questions, create research plans to address those, conduct research, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Ability to design and conduct user testing and concept validation
  • Strong ability to generate and communicate compelling & actionable insights, both verbally and visually
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of tools, e.g. Adobe creative suite, OmniGraffle, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with Agile software development
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define tasks needed to bring clarity
Educational Requirements  
BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science or equivalent experience

Work location and Additional Info:
  • Fully remote but will be expect to work on site at later date TBD.
  • Candidates must be within driving distances to one of client sites (NY, MA or GA)
  • Must be Vaccinated
