Our client has an immediate need for a UX Lead to join their team.  Must have proven experience working in a client facing role within an enterprise environment . The ideal candidate will have a history of success working in a fast paced client center role.

Opportunity Overview
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of all documentation & assets necessary (wireframes, design files, spec sheets, imagery, etc.) for the ongoing detailed design work related to Publishing.
  • Will create and plan AB test experiments across different features and flows  
  • Will lead user research sessions, surveys and user testing.
  • Collaborate with product manager on synthesizing results and findings of research
  • Become familiar with design system for both website and business specific Insights app, as it relates to publishing.
  • Ensures all format innovation on app and site each translates seamlessly to the other
  • Collaborates with development team to ensure proper implementation of designs.
  • Attends testing parties and providing documented feedback
  • Collaborate and communicate with various teams to ensure decision-making supports UX, UI, and IA best-practices. 
  • Manage multiple work streams independently and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules and timelines for delivering products of the highest quality
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites and digital products
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints
  • Advanced understanding of and experience consulting on current best practice for UX, UI, and IA for desktop & mobile products
  • Highly developed sense of user-centric design
  • Strong knowledge of design best-practice for responsive websites

  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Candidates will work remote to start but will be expected to work onsite at later date TBD.
